$100 BUYS A HUD HOME IN PHOENIX ARIZONA!

June 10th, 2009 in General | 3 Comments »

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Presents the Making Home Affordable Program.  You can now purchase a HUD home in the metropolitan Phoenix Arizona area for $100!! Home must be purchased as an owner-occupied, and may not be rented out for 36 months. There are no reserve minimums required from buyers, and the credit scores go down as low as 580. Program is most similar to the FHA financing, but the ease of qualification, as well as reserves not present do not pose a problem for purchasing a home for just $100 in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. Give us a call today for the list of homes and program eligibility.

The Making Home Affordable program will help bring relief to America’s housing market and homeowners. This plan will help make home ownership more affordable for nine million American families and in doing so, help to stop the damaging impact that declining home prices have on all Americans.
